This Grain Mill by GSD of Germany is made of a high grade plastic housing with steel milling burrs. All the metal components are Nickel Plated. The Mill has a large hopping for to hold approx. 500 grams of grain and can mill all grains except for corn, and oleiferous seeds like poppy seed, linseed, and sesame. It has steplessly adjustable fine/coarse control. The grinding does not produce dust or affect the taste and nutritional richness, because of the cutting-rubbing movement of the grinder. The capacity for a coarse grind is approx. 100g/min, approx. 60g/min for a fine grind, approx. 50g/min for crushed poppyseed, and approx. 20g/min for shredded linseed. Also can grind corn.
