Acessory for fitting on the ATLAS 150 machine for macking ravioloni easily.
It is composed of two rollers to make the dough slide easily, a plastic
roller made of plastic for foodstuffs and a smooth counter-roller made of nickel-plated steel. The bearing structure is made of chrome-plated steel.
Net weight 1.0 kg. Dimensions of the ravioloni produced: triangle side 70 mm.
The acessory is packed in a screen-printed cardboard box containing the instructions, a recipe leaflet and a tool for cutting pasta dough. |
