A large feeding chamber reduces prep time by eliminating the need to cut vegetables into smaller pieces. In addition to fresh juices, this unit can also make fruit sauces, baby foods, nut butters, ice cream, sherbets and everybody's favorite - fruit smoothies. Exchange a single part, and your juicer is instantly transformed into a homogenizer. A grain mill attachment extends your healthier eating choices to include grains and flours.

A heavy-duty motor delivers true, industrial-strength power for an improved masticating process that chews the fibers to break loose high volumes of cells saturated with important healthy values. Long-lasting stainless steel construction resists both wear and food odor. A stainless steel shaft is complemented by the tempered stainless steel blades cast directly into the cutter for added strength. This way, the blades will never separate, twist, tarnish or rust. The durability of the Champion 2000+ Juicer is backed by a 5 year limited warranty on all juicing parts and a 3 year warranty on it' motor.

Champion 2000+ Juicers - Recipes
NUTRITIOUS VEGETABLE AND FRUIT COCKTAILS
These cocktails are tasty and refreshing. Always start with chilled fruit and vegetables. They should be consumed within 24 hours for best nutrition and taste.
Chef's Note:
A tablespoon or two of plumped raisins, dates or chopped figs, adds sweetness and a flavor boost. A tablespoon of chopped nuts is a nice treat. Add to the fruit and vegetables as you juice them.
VEGETABLE JUICES
CARROT JUICE
Juice whole carrots one at a time.
Do not peel the carrots.
Feed at a steady pace.
Straight carrot juice is an excellent drink.
It also is a popular base for many blended juice combinations.
CELERY JUICE
Cut stalks into 3-4 inch pieces.
Feed at a steady speed, holding down the tamper 5-10 seconds each time.
There will be lesser amounts of pulp with celery.
If juicing large quantities of celery, stop the machine after each bunch, remove juicer parts, rinse them in cold water, replace and proceed again.
FRUIT JUICES
APPLE JUICE
Core apples and cut into sections to fit the feeding chamber.
It is not necessary to peel the fruit.
Juice the sections at a steady pace.
MELON JUICE
Most types of melons will juice easily.
Remove rinds and cut into slices to fit the feeding chamber.
Feed at a steady pace.
Seeds may also be juiced.
For a more refreshing drink, chill melons well before juicing.
MIXED VEGETABLE AND FRUIT DRINKS
APPLE-STRAWBERRY DRINK
5-6 apples
1 cup strawberries
Juice everything.
APPLE VEGGIE BLEND
2 apples, cored
3 carrots
1 stalk celery
Juice everything in the order given.
CARROT ANISE DRINK
8 carrots
2 anise stalks
3-4 celery stalks
2 apples
Juice everything.
CARROT APPLE DRINK
6 carrots
2 apples
Juice everything.
MELONADE
1 lemon, peeled
1/4 watermelon, without rind
Juice everything.
TOMATO GARLIC DRINK
2 tomatoes
2 apples
1 clove garlic
1 sprig parsley
Juice everything.
TOMATO SPICE
6 tomatoes
1 cup beet leaves, chopped
1 slice lemon
Juice everything in the order given.
WATERMELON PUNCH
1/2 watermelon, without rind
1 lemon
5 oranges
1/2 pineapple, peeled
