Euro Cuisine Yogurt Starter
Package of 10 5-gram packets of yogurt starter. Freeze-dried so no refrigeration is needed.
Each packet makes a 42 oz batch of yogurt or all 7 glass yogurt jars.
After the first batch, 2 more batches can be made by taking some yogurt from the first one to use in the second and then some from the second for the thirds for 21 glass jars in all, 7 glass jars in each batch.
Ingredients: skim milk powder, sucrose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Lactic Bacteria (L. Bulcaricus, S. Themophilus and L. Acidophilus).
