Discount Natural Foods is located in in New Hampshire, and though we ship many products from our warehouse here, we also ship products from distributors located across the country, and often directly from the manufacturers themselves. Once an order is placed with us, it generally will ship in 1 -2 days time, and will arrive within 7 days, a shorter delivery time will apply if you are located closer to where it is being shipped from. Once your order ships, we will email you with your tracking information to know when to expect delivery. Please note that if you place an order over the weekend, the earliest it can ship is Monday. We ship all orders either via UPS or Fed Ex ground. These services do not allow delivery to PO, or APO Boxes, so always provide us with a full street delivery address. At this time we do not ship outside the United States. Please note that for orders containing more than one item, often we will ship each one separately from different locations so one item may arrive few days before another in your order. Alaska and Hawaiii Shipping We in most cases are not able to ship our products to those residing in Alaska and Hawaii on the basis of the costs being so prohibitive. While we can readily offer free shipping to the lower 48 states, it is impossible for these two states. You are still welcome to give us a call for availability to Alaska and Hawaii because there are some products we are able to deliver there, and will be happy to give you a shipping quote where applicable. Please note that whatever shipping rates are returned via our online store for these areas do not apply! We must give quotes on an individual basis.

Shipping costs

We offer Free Shipping on the majority of items that we sell. If an item qualifies for free shipping, this is clearly marked on its information page with this image For items that we do not offer free shipping, you can easily and quickly determine shipping charges. Simply add the item or items to the shopping cart. Next you will be brought to the view contents in cart page, type in your zip code, and you will now see your full order total including shipping costs. For each subsequent item you add, you will be brought back to this page and can instanly see your updated total.

Returns

We pride ourselves on offering our products at the lowest prices possible, usually at just a small markup over our wholesale cost. To be able to continue to do this, we must have a very clear return policy that our customers are aware of before they make any purchase from us. To begin with, please only make a purchase from us if you are absolutely sure that it is something that you want. If you are not sure, please do not order it, or better yet, please either give us a call toll free at 1-888-392-9237, or E-mail us at sales@discountnaturalfoods.com so together we can make sure that this item is a good purchase for you. In the event that you find that what you have purchased from us is something that you do not want to keep, we allow you 14 days once you receive this to contact us about returning it. We will then provide you with an RMA # (Return Authorization #) If you return an item to us without this, it will be refused. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you originally received free shipping on the item you are returning, this amount will also have to be refunded to us. We can only accept returns or exchanges on items that have not been used in any way. If an item is sent back to us that has come in contact with food, no refund will be issued. All Health Appliances sold by us have a warranty by their manufacturer, generally for a period of one year. All warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer.
